Le Canelé Montréalais was born from a desire to introduce Montrealers to this Bordeaux specialty, which the French people are so fond of.
The canelé ingredients are flour, eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and rum.

If you wish to place an order, we ask you to buy a minimum of 6 canelés. (And by the way, this eliminates taxes from your order.)

How to enjoy your canelés and keep them fresh
You can store your canelés in a cool and dry place, outside the fridge. If you’d like to eat them several days after your purchase, put your plain canelés in the oven for 6 minutes at 390F (200°) to give them an extra bit of crispiness.
