Please take a few moments to read and understand the terms and conditions that govern the use of the Montreal Canelé transactional site. The use of the web store constitutes your commitment to respect these terms and conditions which apply to all sales concluded through the site.
1. ORDERS
You can access the online store through https://lecanelemontrealais.ca. Orders must be made at least 48 hours before the date of the desired pick-up. You agree to the following terms and conditions by logging in to the site and/or placing an order on lecanelemontrealais.ca
2. AVAILABILITY OF FLAVORS
Le Canelé Montréalais reserves the right, without notice or obligation, to discontinue or modify the selection of flavors available on this site as we may simply be out of stock. Contact us to know more, it will be our pleasure to process your request.
3. NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE
Once the order is placed, it is not possible to cancel your order. For any changes to your order, please contact us at lecanelemontrealais@gmail.com. In some cases, a refund is possible, but we will go case by case. In the case of a no-show on the day of the desired pick-up, the order will not be refunded. Please contact us as soon as possible when you think you will be late or have an unexpected problem. No refunds will be given.
4. PRICE AND PROMO CODE
The prices displayed are in Canadian dollars and do not contain any taxes, even at the time of payment, because our products are tax free from the purchase of 6 or more. That's why orders are only possible with a minimum of 6 canelés.
5. PICK-UP
Orders from individuals are picked up at the time you selected for your order at the time of payment. This service is free. If you can't come in time, please write us as soon as possible. Monday to Saturday from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm.
6. PAYMENT
Payment is made by credit card, but if you do not wish to use the online payment services offered, you can contact us so that we can find a solution.
7. CHANGES TO THE TERMS
We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of our transactional site at any time, without notice. To this end, we advise you to consult these provisions at each purchase.
